Design and implement monitoring dashboards to track KPIs and system metrics in real-time.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring dashboards using Splunk, Grafana, Power BI, and AppDynamics.
• Create custom visualizations, charts, and reports that aggregate data from multiple sources.
• Monitor the responsiveness and availability of critical websites and web applications from an end-user perspective.
• Provide monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities to ensure peak performance for physical and virtual server-based applications.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to define requirements and deliver monitoring solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in technical roles with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 4+ years of experience with Power BI.
• 4+ years of experience with data visualization and monitoring tools.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Grafana.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AppDynamics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenTelemetry.
