Description

You will manage and maintain the IT Asset Management (ITAM) data repository, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hardware, software license, and financial records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for ITAM repository data quality, completeness, and integrity.
• Establish and maintain ITAM data governance, documentation, and controls.
• Perform data onboarding activities and ongoing verification audits of repository data.
• Resolve data-related issues including record duplication, invalid entries, and inconsistencies.
• Liaise with data stakeholders, stewards, and source owners like Microsoft Configuration Manager.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data quality management or data analysis.
• In-depth expertise in data administration within a CA/Broadcom Asset Portfolio Manager (APM) environment.
• Working knowledge of CA Service Catalog.
• Strong understanding of data quality management and governance concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Project, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and knowledge transfer skills.
• Understanding of privacy concepts and considerations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Broad knowledge of ITAM concepts, processes, and general tool experience.
• Familiarity with IT software and hardware lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
