Description

Architect and optimize Redshift data models, build Azure ML workflows, and implement MLOps foundations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize Redshift data models and pipelines for performance.
• Build and automate Azure ML training and inference workflows.
• Define and implement MLOps foundations including CI/CD, model registry, and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Author solution designs, mentor engineers, and ensure responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of experience in data or ML architecture, preferably in B2C or eCommerce.
• Expert-level SQL and Redshift performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Strong foundation in MLOps: experiments, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
• Familiarity with AKS and Azure Functions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dbt and modern ELT practices.
• Familiarity with Airflow or Prefect.
