Description

Build and lead the Data & AI Engineering organization in Hyderabad, defining enterprise architecture and driving GenAI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Data & AI Engineering organization, including hiring strategies and leadership pipelines.
• Define and drive enterprise data architecture, governance, and modernization for scalable, cloud-native platforms.
• Lead development of resilient data pipelines and initiatives for data reliability, observability, lineage, and quality.
• Drive enterprise AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including LLM applications, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
• Establish engineering practices across CI/CD, MLOps, DevSecOps, and AI observability while ensuring responsible governance.

Required Skills

• 15-25 years of relevant experience in data engineering and AI/GenAI platform delivery.
• Deep expertise in Gen AI and LLM solution development and operationalization in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Data Engineering leadership, scalable pipeline development, and enterprise data modernization.
• Experience with GCC operating models and leading globally distributed teams.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices for production delivery and engineering excellence.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, Python, MLOps, and Snowflake.
