Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead analytical workstreams across client engagements from requirements gathering through to delivery and stakeholder presentation.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders and technical specialists to translate business challenges into scalable data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and develop data pipelines, transformation processes and analytical models using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Apply modern AI techniques, including GenAI and machine learning, to improve solution effectiveness and delivery efficiency.
• Perform complex data quality assessments, reconciliations, anomaly detection and root-cause investigations to support reliable outcomes.
• Develop impactful dashboards, visualizations and decision-support tools that enable clients to make informed decisions.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design decisions and delivery approaches across analytics and AI initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior team members through technical guidance, quality reviews and day-to-day collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize and improve delivery processes through reusable assets and accelerators.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support data migration projects and build robust ETL pipelines to meet business requirements.

Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data engineering, AI or related technology disciplines. Strong experience leading small workstreams and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members
