Description

You will drive analytics for the Document Cloud business to identify growth and monetization opportunities through hypothesis testing and A/B testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, growth, finance, and engineering teams to translate customer behavior insights into actionable recommendations.
• Stitch and calibrate sparse, noisy data across various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Define metrics, reporting frameworks, and design dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators.
• Support ad-hoc analysis to map the end-to-end customer journey and monetization paths.
• Communicate complex data findings and impactful stories to senior stakeholders across different timezones.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in data analytics or a related quantitative field.
• Expertise in SQL for working with large datasets.
• Hands-on coding experience with Python or R.
• Experience with Databricks and building/running data pipelines in a cloud platform.
• Advanced statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B test analytics skills.
• Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving and data synthesis abilities.
• Proven ability to manage and QA multiple data sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
