Description

Analyze customer behavior and journey data to drive migration insights and support strategic planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write complex SQL queries to extract deep insights into customer behavior across various surfaces.
• Monitor weekly performance metrics and investigate root causes for shifts in data.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to develop quarterly and annual plans using data science modeling.
• Synthesize disparate quantitative data to identify trends through segment and cohort analysis.
• Provide data-driven guidance on forecasting and business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Expertise in SQL for complex querying.
• Experience working with Hadoop.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced Excel modeling capabilities.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
• Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
