Description

You will support the LEAMS data migration project through system assessment, data lifecycle management, and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform data from diverse sources to ensure accurate migration.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within complex datasets.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies.
• Conduct audits of active files during the migration process with the LEAMS team.
• Generate visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
• Expertise in SQL and database management.
• Strong knowledge of data models, database design, and data mining techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability in query writing, report generation, and data dissemination.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Experience with segmentation techniques and data quality assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in R.
