Description

You will analyze and process financial documentation related to fund operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze financial documents from General/Limited Partners, including capital calls and financial statements.
• Extract, standardize, and validate data from Private Equity documents like Capital Account statements and cash flow statements.
• Identify appropriate accounting breakouts and classify data items for fund-level investments.
• Perform data quality checks, resolving exceptions and ensuring adherence to data standards.
• Support data cleansing initiatives and assist with process improvement and basic SQL-driven automation tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics principles.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment under deadline pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle global shifts and extended hours during peak reporting periods.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Private Equity or fund accounting concepts.
• Exposure to automation or GenAI tools.
