Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models to support organizational growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and related Azure services for seamless data integration.
• Develop analytical solutions and automation using SQL and Python to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and support Azure SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain analytical and forecasting models, including familiarity with SSAS cubes and dimensional modeling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with advanced SQL development and complex database design.
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development and maintenance.
• Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models.
• Understanding of ETL processes and dimensional modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SSAS cubes.
