This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week for a maximum of 6 months, requiring availability for virtual meetings during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and produce monthly reports for Change Orders and Confirming Orders on defined schedules.
- Analyze data to provide formal assessments and recommendations to team members.
- Conduct deep-dive data reviews and meet one-on-one with customers to support OCM initiatives.
- Identify necessary changes to policies, procedures, business rules, and job aids.
- Draft new procedures and create end-user training content to improve compliance.
- Perform comparative research on state laws, policies, and higher education benchmarks.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- 5+ years of experience designing and building monthly reports.
- 5+ years of experience in change management implementation.
- 5+ years of experience performing impact analysis on policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience creating end-user training content.
- Experience with OCM (Organizational Change Management) support.
- Ability to interpret business rules, job aids, and procedures.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for daily progress updates.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to read and interpret Virginia Procurement law and policy, including VPPA and APSPM.
