You will build scalable data pipelines and drive AI adoption by operationalizing machine learning models into business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks and PySpark.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Python and SQL.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize machine learning models into business processes.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Databricks.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data-driven business solutions.
• Experience in customer analytics, campaign analytics, and customer segmentation.
• Knowledge of data engineering, data transformation, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jupyter Notebook and GenAI tools.
• Understanding of exploratory data analysis (EDA), data visualization, and business reporting.
