Description

You will define and implement statistical models to visualize variance between intended and actual outcomes. You will own data integrity and quality across multiple systems generating transactional and analytical data. You will proactively build automation for data validation and enable development teams to fix issues at the root level.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business owners for continuous reporting, dashboarding, and visualization needs.
• Collaborate with application and data engineering teams to understand data models, business processes, and pipelines.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to provide proactive insights and select models that optimize business outcomes.
• Manage processes to report data integrity and quality issues with a focus on remediation.
• Build self-support systems for business owners to generate dashboards on scheduled or on-demand frequency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Grafana, or Kibana.
• Ability to define and implement statistical models for variance analysis.
• Experience implementing machine learning algorithms for business insights.
• Familiarity with JIRA for task and project management.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integrity principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
• Ability to validate and analyze data engineering processes to enhance governance systems.
