Description

You will define and implement statistical models to visualize variance between intended and actual outcomes while owning data integrity across multiple systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business owners for continuous reporting, dashboarding, and visualization needs.
• Cleanse and validate data to ensure integrity, quality, and governance across transactional and analytical systems.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to provide proactive insights and select models that optimize business outcomes.
• Build automation for data validation and self-support systems for scheduled or on-demand dashboard generation.
• Collaborate with application and data engineering teams to understand data models, business processes, and pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Grafana, or Kibana.
• Ability to define and implement statistical models for variance analysis.
• Experience implementing machine learning algorithms for business insights.
• Familiarity with JIRA for task and project management.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integrity principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
• Ability to validate and analyze data engineering processes to enhance governance systems.
