Analyze IVR call reporting and manage data workflows across multiple platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute IVR call reporting and perform data analysis.
• Manage data integration and batch processes using IDMC and Spring Batch.
• Monitor system performance and logs via Grafana and Elastic.
• Maintain data pipelines using Autosys and Snowflake.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Snowflake and SQL.
• IDMC (Informatica Data Cloud).
• Spring Batch.
• Autosys job scheduling.
• Genesys Cloud and Salesforce.
• Power BI for reporting.
• Grafana for monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elastic.
