Description

Own end-to-end data analysis across Call Center, Network, Dispatch, and Mobility domains to drive system improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Connect and analyze data streams from telecom network and field operations.
• Apply statistical methods to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics across wireline architecture (BSS and OSS).
• Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders based on deep analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process, systems, and data analysis within Telecom.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and R.
• Deep understanding of Telecom wireline end-to-end architecture (BSS and OSS).
• Strong statistical analysis and application skills.
• Proven track record of delivering verifiable data-driven system improvements.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Operations Research or Operations Management.
• MBA.
