Responsibilities

• Apply labor forecasting methods including qualitative, AI, and average forecasting.
• Perform data cleaning and preparation to ensure dataset integrity.
• Execute data exploration and wrangling tasks to extract actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations using Power BI.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in labor forecasting methods.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Python for data exploration and wrangling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Practical knowledge of data cleaning and preparation techniques.
• Foundational statistical knowledge.
