Responsibilities

• Apply qualitative, AI, and average forecasting methods to labor data.
• Clean and prepare datasets to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Explore and wrangle data to extract actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive visualizations using Power BI.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with labor forecasting methods.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Experience with Python for data exploration and wrangling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Practical knowledge of data cleaning and preparation techniques.
• Foundational statistical knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
