You will translate complex business requirements into actionable reporting solutions and serve as the liaison between IT staff and business units.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business and data requirements through structured gathering sessions.
• Design, implement, and test reporting dashboards and operational support processes.
• Conduct assessments of client data and dashboard development methodologies.
• Present status reports, strategic options, and data-driven feedback to upper management and C-level stakeholders.
• Facilitate day-to-day activities to ensure delivery of reporting requirements for stakeholder teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business, data, and report development using Tableau.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst liaison between IT and business stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience developing and documenting requirements via planned gathering sessions.
• 5+ years of experience producing reporting deliverables for customer teams.
• Thorough knowledge of System Architecture Designs, System Designs, System Implementations, and System Testing.
• Experience conducting assessments of client data and reporting methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical findings and status updates to executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau experience within the Public Sector.
• Tableau Certification.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial modules.
