You own the full data lifecycle, from extraction and cleaning to analysis, visualization, and stakeholder reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract primary data from Oracle Database using SQL and clean data for research projects.
• Analyze complex data sets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards in Tableau and prepare findings for publication.
• Communicate evaluation plans and research implications to leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage internal and external data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with databases, specifically SQL and Oracle.
• 5+ years of experience accessing and extracting data from organizational databases.
• Proficiency in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data visualization software, specifically Tableau.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Criminal Justice or Data Management/Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Background in overseeing evaluation and research projects.
