Description

Own data extraction, analysis, and visualization to support internal and external research projects. You will manage the full lifecycle from raw Oracle data to published findings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract primary data from Oracle databases using SQL.
• Analyze complex data sets using statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards in Tableau.
• Clean, compile, and manage quantitative and qualitative data for research projects.
• Communicate evaluation plans and research findings to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with databases (SQL, Oracle).
• Strong proficiency in SQL queries and data extraction.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Proficiency in report writing and presenting findings.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the Criminal Justice field.
• Experience in data management and analysis roles.
