Description

You will migrate legacy data jobs and reports to cloud-based solutions using modern data tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, classify, and redesign data jobs and reports into modern tools using Agile methodology.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, DBAs, and business teams to transform data from disparate systems.
• Document and validate progress against current report outputs to ensure accuracy.
• Identify business rules for data extraction and assess technical risks like data latency.
• Perform test cases for data profiling, validation, and quality assessment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience post-degree.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Proficiency in Python and PLSQL.
• Experience building and preparing data for analytics, including semantic data models.
• Ability to build, modify, and perform performance tuning on data queries.
• Understanding of best practices for data ingestion and data design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating, publishing, or managing reports in Tableau, PowerBI, or AWS QuickSight.
• Knowledge of AWS environments.
