Lead data discovery and lineage analysis to ensure data accuracy and governance across enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead data discovery sessions to identify business data needs and perform source-to-target mapping.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, gaps, and quality issues, ensuring data consistency.
• Create and maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, and business rules.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading data discovery and lineage mapping activities.
• Strong expertise in source-to-target mapping across multiple systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis concepts.
• Experience working in Agile or collaborative cross-functional environments.
• Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise data warehouses or data integration projects.
• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management practices.
