Description

Analyze regulatory reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy for banking submissions like Call Reports and FR Y-9C.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source systems to define data structures, relationships, and business rules for regulatory reporting.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to investigate data quality issues and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and functional requirement documentation.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to translate regulatory requirements into data specifications.
• Support testing, UAT, and monthly release activities to ensure compliant and accurate report submissions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis within banking or financial services.
• Advanced Oracle SQL skills for data sourcing, profiling, and root cause investigation.
• Hands-on experience with Axiom Data Sourcing and Regulatory Reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data governance, and data validation frameworks.
• Experience supporting regulatory reports such as FFIEC 031/041, FR Y-9C, or FR Y-14.
• Ability to perform impact analysis for source system changes and business rule modifications.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Deep domain knowledge in Loans, Deposits, General Ledger, Treasury, and Risk data.
• Experience with reconciliation and control frameworks in regulatory environments.
