Description

You own the data lifecycle from extraction to visualization, supporting research and stakeholder reporting with minimal supervision.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Extract primary data from Oracle Database using SQL.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports.
• Clean, compile, and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop data visualization dashboards using Tableau.
• Communicate evaluation plans, findings, and implications to leadership and external research partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with databases, specifically SQL and Oracle.
• Proficiency in accessing, extracting, and managing organizational data.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in report writing and presenting findings.
• Proficient in data visualization software, specifically Tableau.
• Ability to manage and summarize quantitative and qualitative data.
• 2+ years of experience in the Criminal Justice field or Data Management/Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of experience in a related lead or supervisory role.
