Description

Support sales operations data and process activities during fiscal year-end and year-kickoff transitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory assignments, account creation, and sales hierarchy updates.
• Execute transaction processing and partner program data workflows.
• Transition manual data intake methods into automated processes.
• Cross-functionally collaborate with operations, finance, and systems teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain data quality through structured tasks and defined process checklists.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or business process support.
• Proficiency in SQL and managing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing account or territory models.
• Familiarity with MDM tools such as Stibo.
• Experience with ETL workflows and data integration concepts.
• Proficiency using Jira or Wrike for project management.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to revenue recognition concepts (ASC 606) and revenue crediting logic.
• Experience with partner program reporting or intake workflows.
