Key Skills: Azure, SQL, Insurance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage Azure resources including queues, API containers, logging frameworks, and support data migration completeness, errors, and validation.
• Design, develop, and maintain Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, APIs, flat files, Azure Blob Storage, and ADLS.
• Implement parameterized ADF pipelines with reusable datasets, triggers, and robust error handling with logging and monitoring.
• Design SQL Server databases (tables, views, stored procedures, and functions), write complex T-SQL for ETL/ELT and reporting, and perform query tuning and performance optimization.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in data pipelines, SQL development, and analytics/reporting support.
• Azure (Azure subscriptions and Azure resources) and Azure Data Factory (ADF) for pipeline development and orchestration.
• SQL Server with strong T-SQL skills for building database objects and writing complex queries.
• ETL/ELT pipeline experience with data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation.
• Data warehousing concepts including facts/dimensions and star schema, plus ER diagram understanding.

Good to Have:

• Azure Synapse Analytics, Python, and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Exposure to REST APIs with JSON/XML, and familiarity with DevOps practices including Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with large-scale or enterprise data platforms.
• Insurance domain knowledge.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech (Dual) in Computer Science (or equivalent)
