You will support data-driven decision-making and system integration through advanced analytics and workflow automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, clean, and transform datasets from multiple sources to support business objectives.
• Migrate and integrate data between systems as part of enterprise-level projects.
• Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Automate data flows and business processes using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and assess data quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX functions and dashboard creation.
• Strong SQL skills for querying databases, joining tables, and optimizing data retrieval.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation and task scheduling.
• Hands-on experience in data migration, data mapping, and system-to-system integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to create clear documentation and professional business reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Python for advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with Power Apps for low-code application development.
• Prior experience with large-scale data transformation or ERP implementation projects.
