You will manage data integrity and provide actionable insights through business process mapping and analytical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes and document data flows between different actors and applications.
• Triage and resolve data issues by performing appropriate updates to application data.
• Monitor data systems to ensure qualitative and quantitative data integrity.
• Build reports and dashboards to provide business teams with meaningful insights.
• Refine and train AI models to support artificial intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and Salesforce Tableau.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Strong business analysis and process documentation skills.
• Effective communication skills for client engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML model refinement.
