You will bridge the gap between client business processes and data-driven insights through technical oversight and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Map business processes by documenting interactions between actors, applications, and data flows.
  • Monitor data systems to ensure integrity and resolve data issues through application updates.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative data validation to support reporting accuracy.
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for business teams.
  • Refine and train AI models to support artificial intelligence initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business process mapping.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • Experience building visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein.
  • Strong background in business analysis and process documentation.
  • Ability to perform complex data validation and triage technical data issues.
  • Effective communication skills for daily client engagement.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, and Google Analytics.
