Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end data analysis, automation, and reporting initiatives to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
• Manage complex queries and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high quality standards
• Track and report daily action status to meet KPIs and SLA adherence requirements
• Collaborate with global teams to manage data creation and updates across different regions
• Design and implement automation solutions using tools like UiPath and Power Automate for business processes
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
• Apply data science techniques, including statistical modeling and machine learning for advanced analytics
• Ensure data quality through validation, anomaly detection, and implementation of cleansing frameworks
• Integrate automation and analytics solutions with enterprise systems for seamless data flow
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations through effective data storytelling and visualization techniques
• Support the complete lifecycle of analytics and automation solutions, from development to continuous improvement
• Document processes and maintain governance standards to ensure compliance and best practices
• Train and support users while driving innovation in automation and analytics across the organization

Experience Required: 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Master Data Management, or Reporting with strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
