You will transform business and consumer data into actionable insights to drive decision-making and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to deliver actionable business insights and meaningful customer segmentations.
• Identify, research, and resolve data anomalies to maintain high data quality.
• Collaborate with predictive modeling teams to ensure model accuracy and business alignment.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, business-friendly presentations for stakeholders.
• Evaluate business processes and initiatives to measure impact and provide data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong expertise in Data Analysis and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data transformation.
• Knowledge of modelling methods and mapping source systems.
• Ability to use storytelling to communicate complex results.
• Experience validating data quality for analysis readiness.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Retirement, Employee Benefits, or Investment Management concepts.
