You will drive end-to-end data analysis, automation, and reporting initiatives to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.
• Design and implement automation solutions using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL to derive actionable insights and support global teams with data creation and updates.
• Apply data science techniques, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning, using Python or R.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Master Data Management, or Reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis methodologies.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• Familiarity with RPA tools and automation concepts.
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with global teams and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with Qlik Sense, statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning.
