You will provide end-to-end analytics solutions to support product development and business decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define analytics roadmaps and structure analyses that address specific business problems.
• Drive end-to-end analytics delivery, including data capture, metric methodology, visualization, and insight synthesis.
• Extract and manipulate data from Big Data technologies to produce actionable business recommendations.
• Cleanse and merge data from disparate sources to ensure high standards of data quality and reliability.
• Identify and scale analytical patterns and practices across different product teams to democratize information access.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and AWS Redshift for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Excel.
• Experience applying advanced analytical techniques such as regression, classification, and statistical significance.
• Ability to synthesize complex analyses and communicate findings succinctly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.

Preferred Skills

• Python programming skills and familiarity with basic AI concepts.
• Industry experience in hospitality or travel.
• Ability to obtain US Government security clearance.
