Description

You will manage the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle to drive business value through actionable insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full data lifecycle including problem framing, collection, analysis, and report development.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Document data requirements, validation criteria, and acceptance thresholds for new features and pipelines.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify issues and ensure data alignment with business needs.
• Deploy and measure the performance of analytical models and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Expertise in Excel for data manipulation.
• Proven ability to perform deep-dive root-cause analysis.
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical data requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying and measuring the performance of analytical models and reports.
• Ability to document validation criteria and acceptance thresholds for new features and pipelines.
