Description

Data Analyst role within the Business Technology team, based in Bengaluru with East Coast hours. You enable data foundations by ensuring data discovery, quality, governance, and overall data health.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, and prepare data to improve accessibility and accuracy.
• Build internal dashboards and summarize key metrics to drive workflow automation.
• Provide solutioning for data issues and build internal system integrations to centralize critical data points.
• Support business and biztech engineering teams with reports and dashboards.
• Communicate regularly on program plans, progress, blockers, and risks to cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Strong mathematical skills to collect, measure, organize, and evaluate data.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks, AWS, Big Query, and Fivetran.
• Technical proficiency in database design, data models, data mining, and segmentation.
• Experience handling reporting software like Tableau and ETL frameworks.
• Adept at writing queries, reports, and making presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Databricks reporting and dashboards.
