Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to present business insights.
• Write complex SQL queries and use Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support data warehouse and data lake development, including ETL/ELT processes.
• Work with Databricks or similar platforms for big data processing and analytics.
• Document data definitions, processes, and analytical methodologies.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Experience Required:

• 1 - 5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience working with data warehouses and large datasets.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and database design.
• Experience with Databricks or big data environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
