Description

You will build and maintain a healthcare data platform by managing data requirements, profiling, and ETL testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document data sources and transformation rules to maintain data warehouse content.
• Create gap analyses, source-to-target mappings, data flow diagrams, and test cases based on business requirements.
• Write complex SQL queries to profile data, document metadata, and augment technical inputs for modeling.
• Execute unit and system testing for ETL scenarios, including SCDs and data quality checks.
• Communicate insights, findings, and technical plans to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Proficiency in data requirement gathering, data profiling, and source-target mapping.
• Experience with ETL testing and capturing test cases for system testing.
• Background in healthcare functions such as benefits, Risk Assessment, or Quality analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with cloud databases such as Databricks or Snowflake.
