Own data foundations by ensuring discovery, quality, governance, and overall data health for the Business Technology team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, and prepare data to improve accessibility and accuracy.
• Build internal dashboards and summarize key metrics to drive workflow automation.
• Provide solutioning for data issues and build internal system integrations to centralize critical data points.
• Support business and engineering teams with reports and dashboards.
• Communicate program plans, progress, blockers, and risks to cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Strong mathematical skills to collect, measure, organize, and evaluate data.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks, AWS, Big Query, and Fivetran.
• Technical proficiency in database design, data models, data mining, and segmentation.
• Experience handling reporting software like Tableau and ETL frameworks.
• Adept at writing queries, reports, and making presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Databricks reporting and dashboards.
