Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel.
• Ensure data quality and follow data governance standards.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Work with Salesforce and other business systems to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Identify trends and provide actionable business insights.
• Support automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Experience Required:

• 3-6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with Salesforce and data governance practices.
• Understanding of Microsoft Fabric is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
