Description

You own the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle for customer success engagements, building pipelines and predictive models to maximize client ROI.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Determine data analysis types that support understanding customer business goals related to product usage and benefits.
• Design, code, implement, and improve data pipelines and predictive analytical models to help customers maximize ROI.
• Collect, analyze customer and external data, then present and explain resulting insights to customer business teams.
• Apply data analysis techniques to recommend operational and configuration changes, detect trends, and measure ROI.
• Develop software to support reusable analysis techniques and tools for ongoing initiatives.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for complex data scrubbing, loading, and ELT script development.
• Experience with cloud data warehouse technologies such as BigQuery or Snowflake for large dataset analysis.
• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools including Sisense, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Experience developing, running, and evaluating data science and predictive analytics models.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with emphasis on analytics, Data Science, or business analytics.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding data accuracy and experience working with large-scale data volumes.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related engineering roles.
