You will manage permit processing workflows and maintain data integrity across tracking systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Complete CGP and suction dredge registration, NOI, NOT, and annual report submissions.
• Download and store documents and notification emails within EDMS, and terminate facilities in MA and ICIS.
• Utilize IPDES tracking systems (MA, Excel, Planner, Jira) for operational tracking.
• Register documents received from permittees into EDMS Track and process, verify, and reconcile fee payments.
• Assist with data entry and data compilation tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with MA tracking systems.
• Expert use of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Planner and Jira.
• Experience using EDMS.
• Knowledge of general permit processing procedures.
