Description

You will analyze enterprise and vendor datasets to manage data onboarding and the full data lifecycle within the Data Platform Team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, data flows, and usage to support data governance and productivity.
• Identify, prioritize, and address data-related needs by interacting with business stakeholders.
• Document business requirements and use cases for data-related projects.
• Coordinate the onboarding of internal and external data sources into the central repository.
• Develop data quality (DQ) rules and work with IT to enhance DQ controls.
• Manage change control processes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the Investment Management industry.
• Extensive experience analyzing and interpreting investment data.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and anomaly detection.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale data projects and hands-on project management experience.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks and tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify patterns and quality issues.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both business and technology teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and JIRA.
• Experience working with positions and transactions datasets.
