You will own the analysis and delivery of insights to support core business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical analysis requirements.
• Troubleshoot reported support tickets, providing timely analysis and resolution.
• Define requirements for standard and ad-hoc reporting by understanding the underlying data model.
• Create clear specifications and user stories for cloud application enhancements.
• Coordinate implementation activities across squad members, stakeholders, and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, Oracle Queries, Triggers, and Stored Procedures.
• Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Ability to assess root causes and devise comprehensive solutions for complex issues.
• Strong analytical acumen and critical thinking skills.
• Experience understanding and mapping data dependencies across systems.
• Ability to define requirements based on a deep understanding of the data model.
