Description

You will bridge IT and business units to translate requirements into technical solutions. You will own data quality, architecture, and modelling to improve efficiency. You will lead UAT and automate reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from Aesthetics BU teams (Veeva CRM, Loyalty, Contracts, SFE, IC) and document them.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for vendor or implementation teams.
• Assess IT infrastructure and business processes to enhance data quality, architecture, and data modelling.
• Validate data from diverse sources (CRM, Sales, ERP) and provide recommendations for accuracy.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) for software enhancements and review technical documentation including data and process flows.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data modelling.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Databricks or Snowflake, specifically Lakehouse Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Background in Dermatology or pharmaceutical industry preferred.

• Experience liaising between IT and business units.
