Description

You will manage the full data lifecycle and onboarding for enterprise and vendor datasets within the Data Platform Team. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, data flows, and usage to support data governance and productivity.
• Coordinate onboarding of internal and external data sources into the central repository.
• Develop data quality rules and collaborate with IT to enhance data quality controls.
• Manage change control processes and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the Investment Management industry.
• Extensive experience analyzing and interpreting investment data.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and anomaly detection.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale data projects with hands-on project management.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks and tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify patterns and quality issues.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and JIRA.
