Description

You will own data mapping, SQL queries, and system configuration for healthcare claims processing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Map internal data fields to the Global Data Format (GDF) and create relational database tables.
• Execute SQL queries to validate data conversion and populate code values.
• Develop data dictionaries and Interface Control Documents (ICD) aligned with mapping efforts.
• Deliver test files containing representative sample data for ingestion testing.
• Support post-go-live checklist creation and system validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or systems data roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle database management.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping and relational database table creation.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience with healthcare data, specifically Medicare claims or financial data.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with Retrospective Claims Accuracy (RCA) or Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) modules.
