Description

You will provide data-driven insights and executive-level reporting for the Customer Care team on an 8-month contract.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python to identify trends and report key metrics.
• Coordinate timelines to ensure metrics and supporting stories are integrated into executive presentations.
• Translate data findings into clear presentation slides that provide context for the customer experience.
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries in a professional setting.
• 3+ years of experience performing data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience creating presentation slides for leadership or executive audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and ensuring data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis.
• Technical degree in a field related to data analysis, such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Strong ability to perform data storytelling and present insights clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience analyzing text data, customer support data, or customer feedback.
• Experience with topic modeling or applying Language Models to text data.
