You will design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and data models to support data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and KPIs to measure performance.
• Create data models and establish data governance processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Generate regular operational and executive reports based on project performance trends.
• Maintain dashboard functionality, manage user access, and train end users on utilization.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for dashboard development.
• Advanced SQL skills for database querying.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and warehousing concepts.
• Experience performing statistical analysis and using reporting tools.
• 3+ years of experience working in government or educational environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with educational data systems and government reporting requirements.
• Certification in data visualization tools.
