Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to build data solutions and source-to-destination mappings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify application sources and system dependencies.
• Interpret business requirements and ETL code to support data product initiatives.
• Execute SQL queries against relational databases to perform data analysis.
• Perform data validation and quality checks within ETL workflows to maintain data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data or business analysis.
• Proficiency with ETL tools including DataStage and Informatica.
• Hands-on experience with SAS and Python.
• Strong ability to write and execute SQL queries for relational databases.
• Experience performing source-to-destination mapping for data integration.
• Ability to read and interpret complex ETL code.
• Proven experience with data validation and quality assurance in ETL workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
